Our rates are scaled dependant on type of task.  Rates start at $24 per hour.  There is a minimum one hour charge and then the time is calculated in 15 minute increments.  If you are sending us to pick up supplies the cost of those, of course, will be your responsibility.  Local destinations, within reason, are included in the price.  Anything long distance or special will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

The Mobile Assistant covers all of Ventura County, Santa Barbara County and Los Angeles County.  Coverage includes the Conejo Valley and all of the following cities:  Port Hueneme, Oxnard, Ventura, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Westhills, Los Angeles, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Reseda, Hollywood and Malibu.

The Mobile Assistant is a personal assistant, virtual assistant and concierge service.  Services include clerical, secretarial, filing, phones, answering service, errands, document creation, reports, data entry, web entry, web development, email management, organization, systemization, brochure creation, pamphlet creation, business card creation, greeting cards, thank you cards, Christmas cards, holiday cards, shopping, gift buying, party planning (including Christmas, Birthdays, Easter, Thanksgiving, Weddings, Family Reunions), company training programs, trade shows, tradeshow planning, supply shopping, courier, gift baskets.

How much do you charge?

Yes, we do personal and business errands of almost any kind.  For example, groceries, dry cleaning, supplies, gift shopping, travel or vacation arrangements, party or meeting planning.

Do you do personal errands?

Yes, we do just about anything you would ask your own personal assistant or secretary to do.

Do you do secretarial, clerical or admin tasks?

Yes, we do both “virtual assistant” and “mobile assistant” services.  If there is a task that does not require an assistant to leave the office—that would be a virtual assistant task, but we are more than happy to come to you.  We will travel anywhere.  Our standard coverage areas include Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.

Do you provide service online or will you come to me?

The Mobile Assistant will do most anything, but if by some chance we cannot help you.  We absolutely will be able to refer you to someone else we trust or point you in the right direction.
